There are three separate modules in this course.

Module 3 – The Court of Liability

Sanctions and Remedies

 

ASSESSMENT

Module 1 – 1 ¼ hours

Module 2 – 1 ¼ hours

Module 3 – 1 ¼ hours

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

GCSE Law, or interview with tutor.

 

COURSE MATERIALS

Writing materials. Text book as advised by tutor.

 

DURATION

32 weeks at 2 ½ hours class time, Students should also undertake a minimum of 2 hours individual study.
