DETAILS

This course is ideal for anyone who deals with food as part of their work. Subjects covered include food poisoning, food storage, pest control, food hygiene and the law.

The qualification is recognised throughout the country and is a useful qualification for anyone working with children.

 

ASSESSMENT

At the end of the course students complete a multiple-choice test paper, alternatively an oral test can be taken when appropriate.
