This course is ideal for people wanting to gain confidence whilst examining their own personal development and extending their self-awareness. Students will increase their sensitivity to the needs of others through discussions, group work, case studies and the exploration of a range of theories.  The course aims to develop listening and communication skills that are essential to people working in the care and education environment.

Accreditation will be gained through continuous assessment
